Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receiving your product.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and free from stains or damages.
- A maximum of two (2) items per order can be refunded. Unlimited store credit and exchanges are allowed.
Fees & Return Process
A 15% restocking and processing fee applies. We do not offer prepaid return labels. You are responsible for purchasing and sending the product back to us.

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. You may start the return process once the order arrives by contacting us at adsviralaluna@gmail.com.
30-Day Trial
We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial on select items. If you’re not satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in good condition to qualify.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks or disputes initiated without prior communication will void eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or the 30-day trial. Please reach out to us first.
Damages & Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at adsviralaluna@gmail.com so we can make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and verified, a refund will be issued within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us.
Shipping Fees: If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. If the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
